ESB Container Tilter
Once again based upon customer demand Engineering Services (Bridgend) Ltd have designed, developed and built their Container Tilter.
These units greatly simplify the loading of scrap into containers for shipment around the world.
20 FT CONTAINER TILTER
The ESB Container Tilter safely angles 20 ft containers between 0 deg to 80 deg to facilitate direct loading of Scrap Metal and other similar products.
OPERATION
The container is placed upon the Tilter; it is then secured into place via the 4 electronically actuated corner locks. The doors of the container are then opened to facilitate loading.
The system is operated by remote control to tilt the container to the required angle to commence loading, as the product height increases the loading angle can be altered this improves loading productivity, maximises product loading weights and maintains safety.
Once the container has been loaded it is lowered and the doors closed.
The container locks can then be released and the container removed from the Tilter and placed in storage ready for shipment.
