The Company Guidetti S.r.l. was established in the 1980’s. It manufactures recycling plants and machines and has become a leading company in finding innovative solutions for the recycling of industrial waste (electric cable, household appliances, electronic equipment) and inerts coming from city recycling facilities. The machines are designed and manufactured by a team of experts who are able to take care of every single step of the production. The machines included in the production range can be either standard or of special design according to the customer’s specific requirements, and are strictly designed in cooperation with the final user. All the machines Guidetti S.r.l. manufacture to meet the requirements of the recycling market, are enviromental friendly and allow the separation and recovery of raw materials from combined materials

Guidetti have been specialising in separation equipment for many years, their dry separation process is an extremely efficient method of recovering of granulated matter, ground particles and grains having the same particle size but different specific weight.
Some examples as follows:-
Recovery of metals from electric cables (separation of copper and aluminium, separation of copper or aluminium from plastic, PVC or rubber)
Applications in the plastics industry (separation of plastics from metals, sand stone etc)
Applications in woodworking industry (separation of wood from sand, stone, metals, glass etc.)

Sincro Granulation:
The Sincro granulation plants have been developed as a low cost introduction to the processing of electric cables, it is a completely new system that grinds and dry separates copper or aluminium from plastic or rubber. They are fully soundproofed and equipped with a de-dusting system (there is no emission of dust to the environment).
The Sincro model range allows for the processing of 80 to 1100 kgs per hour of non wire armoured cable, the machines are designed to be hand fed but the system can be enhanced by the use of a pre-shredder and infeed conveyor.
