About ELCA:
ELCA S.R.L. is a company that develops and produces safety radio remote controls and electronic automations for the following types of application: industrial, agricultural, ecological, marble extraction and working, material movement, maintenance machinery and special applications.
Elca technical staff, who are specialised in the installation of and maintenance of the electronic apparatus, have designed high technology products that are very reliable and fully adhere to all current regulations.
Their most important products are GENIO, a Radio Remote Control System that can be applied to machines with on/off commands and TECHNO, which can be applied to machines with proportional and ON/OFF commands.

Applications
The Radio Remote Control System, which have a range of 150m, allows the operator to move freely around the machine. The portable transmitting unit does not need to be connected using cables, therefore the operator can remain at a safe distance from the machine and in a position which is more suitable for controlling machine movements.
Each Radio Remote Control uses a specific transmission frequency that is individually programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. In this manner each transmitting unit can only react with its own receiving unit, and not with other Radio Remote Controls.
The operating frequency used by the Radio Remote Control can be easily programmed and modified by the operator within a range of varied frequencies, therefore the operator can also work close to other radio remote controlled machines without any reciprocal radio interference.

Products:
Single/ multiple station set up. Each Radio Remote Control has two main parts:
a portable TRANSMITTING UNIT which communicates to the receiving unit, the sequence of digital data that is necessary for carrying out the command selected by the operator using the command devices (pushbuttons, selectors, joysticks).
a RECEIVING UNIT, connected to the machine to be controlled, which decodes the digital data sequence and transforms it into the electric impulses requested by the machine to carry out the command selected by the operator using the portable transmitting unit.
