The Leimbach Shear is deliberately designed to handle the heavy duty in scrap processing operations. An exceedingly high quality of manufacture and use of leading edge technology are the requirements for all Leimbach Shears.

The cantilever welded frame permits installation on to a level concrete foundation eliminating expensive foundations. The whole machine can be mounted without special modifications onto spring damping units between the floor and machine, between 90 and 95% of the vibrations are absorbed.
